The traditional heptathlon has been given a new twist. The events are familiar, such as hurdle running, sprints, shot put, and discus throw, but… the fastest doesn’t necessarily win, the shot put has a handle, and the events are delightfully quirky!

Expect invigorating outdoor fun, friendly competition, and loads of joyous physical activity. At the end of the program, the best will step up to the podium to receive prizes and thunderous applause.
