How would it feel to glide into Oulu’s Market Square from the sea, paddling in a canoe?

Our city paddling route starts at Seelari in Hietasaari and takes you through the scenic views of Market Square and Kiikeli Island. This peaceful journey guides us through both the lively city atmosphere and the charming river channels of Hietasaari, where trees arch over the canoe and water birds curiously swim right beside us.

You can choose to paddle in daylight or during the late evening, where we’ll get to admire the sunset as the night gradually darkens. In early summer, it never gets completely dark.
